Qi Climbing

Reaching new heights together

With one-on-one coaching support adapted to each child, participants learn to scale the rock climbing walls at Vertically Inclined Rock Gym and are challenged to reach new heights.

This is a six session program to teach participants how to rock climb. Rock Climbing is a great activity to build strength (arms, core, back, and legs), as well as balance, coordination, and motor planning. Since climbing is a skill that takes time to learn, participants commit to six sessions to build their skills over time. Participants finish the Odyssey program with new friends, greater confidence, and the skills to reach new heights.

My son was apprehensive about climbing in general before taking the climbing course at Qi Creative. After working with the amazing staff and volunteers at Qi, he is confident in climbing, and has made some lasting friendships! He keeps asking when he can do it all over again!
